Role Description

You'll analyse campaign performance, build client-facing reports and help the team identify optimisation opportunities across paid channels. Working alongside account managers and media buyers, you'll track KPIs, run weekly reporting, investigate performance anomalies and contribute to monthly strategy reviews.

• Build and maintain weekly and monthly client performance reports
• Analyse campaign data across Google Ads, Meta and TikTok
• Investigate performance drops and identify optimisation opportunities
• Build dashboards in Looker Studio for client and internal use
• Support A/B test measurement for ad creative and landing pages

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and reporting
• Familiarity with GA4 and UTM tracking
• You can explain performance trends clearly to clients in writing
• Good async written communication

Requirements

• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification (nice to have)
• Experience with Looker Studio or similar BI tools (nice to have)
