Participate in developing, updating, and implementing communication and content strategies, as well as building and executing content plans;

Create high-quality content for product communication channels, including scripts, social media posts, and in-game news;

Prepare creative briefs and assign tasks to internal 2D Artists, 2D Designers, CG Generalists, and Motion Designers;
-
Collaborate closely with the Content Services, Localization, Audio, Video Production, and Development teams to produce engaging visual and written content;

Work directly with the Game Director and core product teams to align communication initiatives with project goals;

Analyze content performance, monitor audience engagement, and research competitor communities and market trends.
Qualifications

Native Ukrainian and intermediate English skills (B1);
-
Middle+ or Senior-level expertise with 2+ years of professional experience in digital content creation and analysis for digital platforms;

Strong copywriting and text-writing skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and audience-oriented communication;

Experience working with visual production and coordinating creative assets across multidisciplinary teams;
-
A highly organized, systematic approach to workload and content planning;
-
Solid understanding of the gaming industry or personal gaming experience;
-
Strong personal engagement, creativity, empathy, and a straightforward communication style;

A personal device that meets the following requirements:

Requirements

Understanding of brand communications fundamentals or previous experience in SMM/Digital agencies;
