Role Description
As Digital Campaign Manager, you'll define, plan, execute, measure, and optimize all Viseven omnichannel marketing campaigns, collaborating with Product Marketing Managers and the Content/Design Hub. You'll also work with Regional Marketing and Sales teams on campaign planning and lead conversion.
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns that align with the Requester's goals and target audience.
- Select and leverage appropriate digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, Webinars, display advertising and more to build seamless customer journeys.
- Oversee the creation of engaging digital content, including ad copy, visuals, videos, and landing pages.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, allocating resources for maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Define and segment target audiences based on Firmographics, Viseven segmentation, Customers behaviour and preferences.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, deriving insights to make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine campaign elements and strategies.
- Identify and implement improvements to increase the conversion rate of digital campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns adhere to legal and regulatory standards, including data protection and advertising guidelines.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 2 years of B2B Digital Marketing campaign experience.
- English level - Upper-Intermediate+
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, or a related field is typically required. Advanced degrees (e.g., master's in digital marketing) or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) can be advantageous.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, PPC advertising, and content marketing.
- Project Management know-how. Can handle multiple stakeholders and drive a project forward in scope, in time, in budget.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), marketing automation tools, and analytics software.
