Role Description
This role involves leading the IT strategy and governance for the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving digital transformation.
- Identifying and prioritizing technology needs and opportunities by collaborating with different stakeholders
- Developing a short, mid and long-term IT strategy and roadmap
- Identifying IT key initiatives and solutions to enhance business productivity
- Implementing IT governance structures to manage and monitor IT investments
- Ensuring IT compliance with legal, regulatory, and security standards
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring IT staff
- Preparing and managing the IT function costs
- Overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and networks
- Providing IT advisory to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in IT management in leadership roles
- Proven experience in leading and developing cross-functional teams
- Track record of managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
- Expertise in managing large-scale IT projects
- Ability to align IT strategy with organizational goals
- Hands-on experience in managing IT budgets
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure and emerging technologies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English
