Role Description

We’re looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist who will take full ownership of paid search campaigns and collaborate on paid social advertising to fuel our growth. This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer who thrives on optimizing campaigns for lead generation, managing budgets strategically, and testing new strategies to drive results.

  • Own and manage all paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive high-quality lead generation efficiently.
  • Monitor and manage assigned leads daily through Salesforce lead generation reports to ensure data integrity and alignment with business goals.
  • Manage and optimize budgets across search campaigns, ensuring efficient spend allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and refine keyword strategies, audience targeting, and bidding tactics for improved conversion rates.
  • Continuously test and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and targeting to enhance campaign performance.
  • Track and analyze lead quality, conversion rates, and ROAS, using insights to drive improvements.
  • Own reporting responsibilities, including monthly paid search performance reports, weekly negative keyword optimization, and daily budget tracker monitoring to ensure efficient spending.
  • Work closely with the Social Media Specialist to strategize, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Provide input on audience segmentation, creative strategy, and budget allocation to align with lead generation goals.
  • Collaborate with the Design team to optimize ad creatives, ensuring messaging and visuals drive high performance.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives on ad creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies to maximize conversion rates.
  • Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance landing page performance and improve lead quality.
  • Experiment with new ad platforms and explore emerging advertising opportunities to expand lead generation efforts.
  • Analyze test results and apply data-driven insights to continually optimize campaign performance.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including Cost per Lead (CPL), Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and lead conversion rates.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to marketing leadership, along with data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our digital advertising strategy competitive.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience managing lead generation campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads and paid search.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing budgets to maximize ROI across campaigns.
  • Proficiency in conversion-focused paid social advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads).
  • Strong ad copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling, conversion-driven messaging.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce and how to manage lead assignments and reporting.
  • Proficiency in key advertising tools such as Google Ads Editor, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven campaign optimizations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams.

Requirements

  • Expertise in landing page optimization to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and exploring new ad platforms to drive performance.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience with Tableau for advanced data visualization and reporting.
