Key Role Information:

• Role: Digital Ad Operations Specialist
• Duration: September–12/31/26
• Location: Remote (Must be available for East Coast morning/midday overlap)
• Hours/wk: 10–20 hours/week or around 40-60 hours per month (Fluctuating based on campaign needs)
• Hourly Rate: $45/hr (W2)

In this role, you will be managing the operational backbone of complex campaigns. We need someone who can handle vendor contracts, creative specs, tag trafficking, and rigorous QA with ease. You’ll be responsible for:

• Campaign maintenance, billing, and performance reporting
• Ensuring that every detail is accounted for in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with digital external partner tools, specifically:
• Lumina
• Mediatools
• GCM/DoubleClick Manager (for tags)
• Adorama
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Availability for consistent work with early day to midday (ET) overlap
