Role Description

Are you a German-speaking performance marketer, funnel strategist, or advertorial specialist who loves turning data into growth? We're looking for a D2C Funnel Strategist to join a fast-growing, fully remote digital marketing team specialising in Google Ads and e-commerce performance marketing. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants real ownership over funnel strategy, testing, conversion optimisation, and D2C growth — rather than simply executing predefined campaigns.

• Develop and test multiple advertorial concepts and angles for Google Ads traffic
• Build hypothesis-driven A/B testing roadmaps and define clear learning objectives
• Analyse CTR, CVR, ROAS and funnel performance to identify opportunities
• Map customer journeys and identify drop-off points and conversion opportunities
• Lead structured brainstorming sessions with creative and copy teams
• Present insights, test results and recommendations to clients
• Work closely with media buyers to align traffic acquisition and funnel strategy
• Continuously improve landing pages, advertorials and customer journeys

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in D2C, e-commerce, performance marketing, affiliate marketing or funnel strategy
• Proven experience creating and testing advertorials for paid traffic
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, search intent and funnel behaviour
• Data-driven approach to A/B testing and optimisation
• Ability to use CTR, CVR, ROAS and other performance metrics to guide decisions
• Native-level German copywriting skills
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow while applying strong human judgement
• Strategic, curious and proactive mindset
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Requirements

• Experience with Voice of Customer research
• Background in Health, Beauty or Supplements
• Knowledge of consumer psychology or behavioural science
• Experience with CRO and conversion-focused copywriting
