Role Description
This role sits within the Commercial Chapter which focuses on driving revenue growth and maximising the value of our customer base.
As CRM Operations Executive, youβll play a key role in turning CRM strategy into consistent, scalable execution. Working closely with the CRM Lead, youβll execute campaigns in XtremePush, ensuring they are built, scheduled, and delivered accurately and on time. Youβll be responsible for the operational setup within the platform, including:

Creating and maintaining email templates, content blocks, and reusable snippets that support efficiency and consistency across campaigns.

Supporting segmentation, automated workflow execution, and campaign QA, applying existing processes while taking the initiative to improve them over time.

Contributing to streamlining workflows, reducing manual effort, and increasing the use of automation.
This role is key to evolving our current, largely manual setup into a more efficient and scalable CRM operation, enabling the team to deliver high-quality campaigns with greater speed and precision.
Your key responsibilities

Execute CRM campaigns end-to-end in XtremePush, ensuring they are delivered accurately, on time, and to a consistently high standard.

Create and maintain email templates, content blocks, and reusable snippets, applying best practices to improve efficiency and consistency.

Set up and manage audience segmentation, using existing guidelines to support targeted and effective campaign delivery.

Build and monitor automated workflows, taking the initiative to iterate on existing setups and improve scalability over time.

Perform thorough QA on campaigns, identifying and resolving issues using established processes and escalating when needed.

Monitor campaign performance and proactively flag issues or opportunities, using data to support continuous improvement.

Maintain CRM systems, assets, and content libraries, ensuring they remain organised, up to date, and easy to use.

Develop strong expertise in XtremePush and contribute to improving team processes by suggesting more efficient and automated ways of working.
Qualifications

Demonstrable experience in executing CRM campaigns with a strong attention to detail.

A highly organised and structured way of working, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver reliably to deadlines.

A proactive mindset with the confidence to take initiative, solve problems, and improve existing processes.

Good working knowledge of CRM marketing tools or platforms (e.g. CRM systems, ESPs, or automation tools) and a willingness to build technical expertise.

Strong communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively and clearly share updates, issues, or improvements.
Requirements

Experience using XtremePush (bonus).

Experience in iGaming and/or an affiliate environment (bonus).
