Role Description
We're looking for a contract CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to join us for active, ongoing projects and contribute immediately from day one. You'll take ownership of end-to-end automation builds β from strategy and architecture through to deployment and optimization β delivering systems that generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive conversions.

You'll work across platforms like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Make.com, n8n, and Zapier to build systems that actually run in production for live clients.
This is a contract role with clear scope, paid on an hourly basis. Strong performers are regularly considered for extended engagements and future projects.
Qualifications

Production-Ready Experience: You've built and maintained CRM and automation systems that run in production for real businesses β not just test setups or demos.

Technical Foundation:

CRM Platforms: GoHighLevel (GHL) experience strongly preferred; HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms also valued.

Deep understanding of pipelines, workflows, triggers, custom fields, and campaign builders.

Automation Platforms: Strong experience with Make.com, n8n, or Zapier.

Ability to build complex multi-step workflows with error handling, conditional logic, and data transformations.

Experience connecting APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.

Lead Generation & Marketing:

Funnel building (landing pages, forms, lead magnets).

Email marketing and SMS campaign setup.

Lead scoring and segmentation strategies.

Understanding of conversion optimization basics.

Integrations:

Calendar booking (Calendly, GHL calendars).

Payment platforms (Stripe, PayPal).
-
Communication tools (Twilio, WhatsApp, email providers).

Spreadsheets and databases (Google Sheets, Airtable).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

AI chatbot or voice agent integration (VAPI, GHL bot, Tidio).

Basic Python or JavaScript for custom webhook handling.

Facebook/Google Ads integration and lead attribution.

Proven ability to understand business requirements and translate them into automation logic.

Comfortable documenting workflows and explaining systems to non-technical stakeholders.

Monthly Earning Potential: Up to 180,000 PKR/month based on hours worked.
