Role Description
You will be responsible for defining, building and scaling prominent CRM programs across our clients ensuring their email marketing needs are met and exceeded. You are highly analytical and commercially minded, and know how to turn customer data into clear, actionable strategy. This is a hands-on role that blends data with creativity to accelerate the growth across our clients' edm channels. Using platforms such as Klaviyo, Marapost and Mailchimp you will ideate, build and optimise emails and lifecycle journeys that drive customer retention, lifetime value and frequency.
Responsibilities

Lead the development, management and evolution of automations, segments and customisation across all stages of the customer lifecycle

Continuously identify gaps and opportunities within the customer journey, and prioritise new initiatives

Set the roadmap for how CRM contributes towards our clientsβ growth

Lead the planning and execution of all email and SMS campaigns, including product launches, promotions and key trading moments

Be proficient in design and various design tools or brief in design to our graphics team

Ensure campaigns are aligned to our clients audiences and brand tone of voice

Own CRM reporting and performance analysis across key metrics including revenue contribution, open/click rates, conversion, LTV

Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations

Stay up to date with latest CRM developments and bring new ideas to continuously improve performance

Ensure data hygiene and integrity as systems and the business evolve

Development of set processes in achieving the day-to-day tasks of the Email Marketing team

Assist in developing CRM strategy for our clients

Collaborate with content and performance marketing teams to identify which offers to promote

Monitor and analyse results of email marketing campaigns, including monthly KPI reporting

Recommend and develop optimal campaign plans, formats and platforms to grow profitability, including creating action plans and strategies

Take ownership of the user journey, implementing strategies for all customer communication
Qualifications

3+ years experience in similar field

3+ years experience in agency environment

Strong retention marketing knowledge

Passionate team player, able to collaborate across departments

Eye for detail, enhancing customer experience through clear, impactful communication

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Experience working with creative teams, including digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns

Detail-oriented and well-organised, with strong prioritisation skills and awareness of broader project impacts

Able to manage complexity and progress multiple tasks simultaneously

Good knowledge of HTML/CSS

Hands-on experience with EDM and other CRM marketing tools
