Role Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented CRM Coordinator to support the execution of Casino and Sportsbook campaigns. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver CRM communications across multiple channels, ensuring smooth execution and optimal player engagement.

Manage end-to-end deployment of CRM campaigns, including emails, push notifications, site messages, and promotional pages.
Coordinate campaign timelines to ensure timely and accurate delivery of communications.
Track and analyze key campaign metrics, providing reports and insights for continuous improvement.
Work closely with CRM Managers and cross-functional teams to enhance player engagement and promotional effectiveness.
Assist in database segmentation to create personalized and targeted offers.
Ensure all CRM activities align with industry regulations, responsible gaming guidelines, and data privacy policies.

Qualifications

Prior experience in online gaming (Casino and Sportsbook) is required; CRM experience is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms is an advantage.
Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with the team.
