Role Description
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and strategic CRM Analyst to take ownership of our communication initiatives and customer lifecycle strategies. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in HubSpot Marketing Hub, who can combine execution excellence with strategic thinking to optimize customer engagement across multiple channels, like Email and WhatsApp.
You will play a key role in designing, executing, and improving CRM strategies that impact the entire customer journey, from lead generation to retention and churn.

Own the implementation and optimization of CRM campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, and other channels using HubSpot Marketing Hub.

Design and manage automated workflows, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business goals.

Develop and execute communication strategies across the customer lifecycle (lead, onboarding, engagement, retention, churn) and for seasonal campaigns such as Black Friday, Webinars, tax season, and more.

Build and maintain audience segmentation strategies to ensure relevant and personalized communication.

Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and build dashboards to track key metrics and identify optimization opportunities.

Define and execute A/B testing strategies across content, timing, and other campaign variables to drive continuous optimization and performance improvement.

Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment on messaging and the customer journey.

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and performance in CRM operations.

Leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, and HubSpot AI features) to enhance email layouts, calls to action, automation, reports, and overall CRM performance.
Qualifications

Advanced English (written and verbal).

Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (essential).

Strong experience with Email and WhatsApp communication strategies.

Advanced knowledge of Workflows within HubSpot.

Experience in building reports and dashboards, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and extract insights.

Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and CRM strategies across different journey stages.

High level of attention to detail and organization, ensuring accuracy in execution and data handling.

Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).

Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different teams inside the company.

Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (East-time).

The position is full-time, which means that you must be available every working day between 9 am and 5 pm EST due to time-zone changing according to Daylight saving time in the United States.
