Role Description

SBDigital is seeking a full-time Creator Program Associate who is an enthusiastic, creative, self-starter to join our progressive political communications tech firm. This role is perfect for someone who:

You'll serve as support for the strategic lead and to the Vox Pop Head of Creator Partnerships to assist with client contact on paid creator programs for major Democratic campaigns, advocacy organizations, and issue campaigns. You'll also help Vox Pop build out their continued offerings — developing streamlined processes, standardizing creator contracts and refining our approach.

You’ll help keep projects moving across campaigns and administrative processes and play a critical role in ensuring client needs are anticipated.

The ideal candidate brings deep social platform expertise, strong trend intuition, and the agility to help produce smart, attention-grabbing content on topics like news, politics, and culture — all in a fast-paced digital environment. They are able to learn new tools and skills quickly and are collaborative and passionate about helping progressive causes win.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with a variety of political clients and content creators who represent different audiences and issues that might differ from personal opinion
• Regular monthly travel within the United States required
• Standard Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience using social media
• A willingness to learn new technologies and skills on-the-job

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in project coordination, campaign work, communications, digital marketing or creator specific management/program work
• Experience managing creator or influencer programs in a political, advocacy, or issue campaign context.
• Familiarity with creator agreement structures, usage rights, and the business mechanics of working with talent and their representatives.
• Experience with social media advertising and an understanding of how organic creator content can be amplified through paid promotion.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for political, advocacy, and issue-based campaigns.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Trello, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).
• Highly organized with excellent time-management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Most of all - a passion for helping progressive causes win
• Experience in digital advertising or political campaign experience is a plus, but not necessary to apply.
