[Hiring] Creator Campaign Manager @Bluemoso

Role Description

BlueMoso is hiring a Creator Campaign Manager on behalf of a client, a specialized marketing partner that helps SaaS and AI companies build long-term relationships with niche creators across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and targeted newsletters. The team works with 1,000+ creators across multiple channels, publishes hundreds of pieces of content each month, and activates 50–100+ creators for a single client launch.

In this role, you'll take a client brief and turn it into an actual creator campaign — from finding and reaching out to creators, negotiating rates, managing the budget, coordinating deliverables, reviewing content, and making sure everything goes live on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Take a client brief and understand the goal before starting creator outreach.
• Manage creator outreach end to end: first contact, negotiation, confirmation, and scheduling.
• Negotiate rates, approve pricing, and manage campaign budgets.
• Oversee the full campaign lifecycle: timelines, briefing, draft feedback, content approvals, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Work directly with creators on drafts, giving useful feedback while protecting their voice.
• Handle cancellations and find suitable replacements quickly.
• Communicate daily with creators and clients.
• Keep campaign documentation, timelines, and workflows organized.
• Make sure campaigns align with client goals and brand guidelines.
• Help refine campaign strategy, test new formats, and share insights that can improve future campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong campaign management experience at scale, ideally managing 100+ creators within a month.
• Experience in B2B influencer marketing, particularly with SaaS, tech, AI, or other business-focused creator campaigns.
• Strong campaign management skills across planning, execution, and optimization.
• Excellent written communication skills for client-facing and creator-facing interactions.
• Proven project management ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and moving pieces.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable owning a campaign budget and negotiating rates.
• Comfortable using AI in daily work, ideally having built or automated at least one workflow.
• A bias toward fixing problems first and reporting them.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with a split schedule anchored to Central European Time.
• Fluent in English.

Requirements

• Experience with Airtable, Notion, Make.com, influencer/creator platforms, campaign management tools, and performance reporting tools is a plus.
• More interested in how you manage campaigns than specific platform experience.
