This is a senior individual contributor role with full ownership of creative performance across verticals. You will be responsible for measurable outcomes β CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS β by generating strong concepts, testing at speed, and scaling what works.

Qualifications

5+ years in performance-focused creative or creative strategy roles.

Proven senior individual contributor: originates ideas and owns outcomes.

Strong video editing and production experience.

Deep understanding of performance metrics, funnels, and creative testing.

Experience across major paid media platforms.

Hands-on experience using AI-powered creative and production tools.

Ensure creative reflects what converts per channel and per vertical.

Use performance data to lead creative decisions, not just report results.

Own A/B testing and optimization for both new and existing campaigns.

Scale winners, kill underperformers quickly, and continuously improve performance.

Personally concept, script, and produce high-impact creative: video, UGC-style ads, static creative, and landing pages.

Ship production-ready assets optimized for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Native, and emerging channels.

Leverage AI tools for ideation, scripting, editing, versioning, automation, and optimization.

Partner closely with Media Buyers, BI, Analytics, Engineering, and Account teams.

Influence campaign planning, testing priorities, and budget allocation through data-backed creative leadership.
