Role Description

As our Creative Strategist, you will own creative performance from audience insight through concept development, testing, and optimization, turning consumer behavior and performance data into creative strategies that drive measurable growth. This is a highly hands-on, analytical role for someone who combines strong creative instincts with a deep understanding of direct-response marketing, customer psychology, and paid social performance.

• Research audiences and develop new concepts and angles.
• Analyze creative performance and continuously identify opportunities to improve what we test and how we scale winning ideas.
• Connect audience insights, creative thinking, and performance data to make better decisions and drive stronger results.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of direct-response marketing, customer psychology, consumer behavior, and paid social creative strategy.
• Strong hands-on experience in e-commerce, ideally DTC e-commerce, within a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
• Strong experience in Creative Strategy, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or a related performance-driven creative role.
• Hands-on experience analyzing Meta and paid social creative performance.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with creative performance metrics.
• Experience developing creative concepts, hooks, angles, messaging, personas, and testing hypotheses based on audience research and performance insights.
• Strong understanding of creative testing and experimentation.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Triple Whale, or similar performance analytics platforms.
• Experience collaborating closely with Media Buyers, CRO teams, Copywriters, Video Editors, and creative production teams.
• A highly proactive and autonomous approach.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Build and continuously evolve a pipeline of creative concepts, hooks, angles, personas, messaging frameworks, and formats.
• Own creative performance analysis across paid social using metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Build structured creative testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Identify and scale winning creative patterns.
• Partner closely with Media Buying, CRO, Copywriting, Video Editing, and Creative teams.
• Guide and support Video Editors with strategic direction and performance-based feedback.
• Turn research, testing results, and performance data into clear recommendations and next actions.
