Role Description

As a Performance Creative Strategist (AppLovin) , you’ll be at the forefront of helping us build AppLovin into a scalable customer acquisition channel for our DTC supplements brand. You’ll own the creative strategy for AppLovin across multiple SKUs, shaping how we test, learn, and scale creative that drives profitable growth.

• Build the AppLovin Creative Playbook
• Identify what drives success on AppLovin and turn those insights into a repeatable playbook.
• Help define the role creative plays in campaign performance.
• Conduct In-Depth Performance Creative Research
• Execute a Strategic Testing Process
• Influence Media Buying & Campaign Decision-Making
• Create Concepts That Drive Paid Acquisition
• Work Across Multiple SKUs & Offers
• Optimize Conversion Levers Through Creative Strategy

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DTC performance creative, creative strategy, or growth-focused advertising.
• Strong experience developing ad concepts for paid acquisition channels.
• Deep familiarity with creative testing methodologies.
• Ability to think strategically across multiple SKUs and offers.
• Strong commercial instincts.
• Experience partnering closely with media buyers or growth marketers.
• A sharp eye for what makes performance creative work.
• A proactive, builder mentality.

• Experience in direct response environments.
• Ability to connect creative decisions with acquisition outcomes.
