Role Description

We are looking for a high-performance Marketing & Paid Ads Manager to drive our entire growth engine—both Paid and Organic. You own the ecosystem with a massive asset (100k+ YouTube Subscribers & large Email List) and significant ad budget capability. Your job is to monetize both.

• Months with aggressive Paid Ads scaling ($50k+).
• Months relying 100% on Organic strategies.
• Ability to pivot instantly and drive revenue in either scenario.

Qualifications

• Proven Ad Spend Experience ($20k - $50k+/mo): Hands-on experience managing monthly budgets of $20,000 minimum.
• Organic Strategy & Channel Ownership (100k+ Subs): Ownership of strategy for the 100k+ YouTube Channel and Email List.
• Elite Copywriting: Understanding of the psychology of persuasion across all formats.

Requirements

• Organic Growth & Content Direction (The Engine): Own the channel strategy, including topic research and scripting.
• Paid Acquisition (The Gas): Strategic management of YouTube and Meta campaigns.
• Tech, Systems & Automation (The Infrastructure): Ability to map out customer journeys and define automation logic.
