Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Creative Director who will co-lead the company's vision and brand strategy alongside our Co-Founder. You will own creative direction across all customer touchpoints and drive measurable improvements in conversions, revenue, and audience engagement.

Work directly with the Co-Founder, collaborating with Growth and Media to support creative testing and iteration.

Direct creative production (designers, video editors, and copywriters) to execute at a high standard.
Qualifications

7 or more years of experience in creative direction within high-ticket coaching or service-based businesses.

Proven track record overseeing $1M+ funnels with a strong understanding of voice-of-customer research.

Demonstrated ability to lead creative teams, manage QA processes, and own final approvals.

Strong copywriting literacy with the ability to brief, review, and elevate copy produced by your team.

An analytical mindset with a genuine obsession for testing, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
Requirements

Lead and develop monthly creative strategies from data insights, including hooks, angles, and campaigns for organic and paid content.

Oversee and direct all creative output across paid ads, landing pages, email sequences, and video scripts, ensuring consistency and quality.

Build, manage, and elevate the creative team including designers, video editors, and copywriters.

Own and refine the Marriage Reset brand, signing off on all messaging and copy before it goes to market.

Collaborate with media buying and growth teams to test, iterate, and optimize creative based on performance data.
