Produce high-volume conversion-focused video ads for paid social campaigns across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

Own the end-to-end editing process β from refining hooks and pacing to optimizing captions, visual storytelling, and delivery formats.

Rapidly generate multiple variations of winning creatives (hooks, captions, backgrounds, pacing, and visuals) to support daily testing cycles.

Collaborate closely with Media Buyers and performance marketing teams to align creatives with campaign objectives and target audience behaviour.

Analyze creative performance metrics such as Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, and conversion performance to refine the next batch of video ads.

Transform raw footage, stock assets, AI-generated visuals, or minimal source material into high-converting ad creatives.

Ensure all videos are platform-optimized and burn-ready, following correct aspect ratios, safe zones, captions, and platform best practices.

Collaborate with storyboard editors, marketers, and internal teams to iterate quickly and continuously improve creative performance.
Qualifications

2β3+ years of experience producing conversion-driven video ads, ideally in digital marketing agencies, performance marketing teams, or similar fast-paced environments.

Proven experience working closely with Media Buyers or Paid Ads teams to create creatives optimized for paid social campaigns.

Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing ad creatives used in paid campaigns.

Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve for professional video editing.

Experience using AI tools for asset generation, such as AI video, voiceovers, or creative generation tools.

Strong understanding of performance marketing creative principles including hooks, pacing, retention, and conversion triggers.

Ability to analyze creative performance data and adapt editing strategies accordingly.

Excellent time management and ability to produce high volumes of creative variations quickly.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-iterate environment where creative decisions are guided by data.

Bonus: Experience editing commercial videos, performance ads, or music videos with high production value aesthetics.
