[Hiring] Conversion Specialist @GTE

Role Description

We’re looking for a Conversion Specialist who is ready to own product page optimization, improve conversion rates, and maximize average order value across large product catalogs.

What You’ll Own & Build:

• Optimize 100+ product pages for conversion and AOV.
• Identify and fix bottlenecks in product funnels.
• Improve page elements (copy, layout, visuals, offers) to increase conversion >50%.
• Run A/B tests that move the needle and generate measurable revenue.
• Turn basic supplier images into high-converting visuals.
• Make data-driven decisions between design vs offer problems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on e-commerce conversion optimization experience.
• Shopify experience is required (running or working with stores).
• Proven track record of increasing conversion rates / revenue.
• Strong copywriting / direct-response skills.
• Deep understanding of consumer psychology and buying behavior.
• Analytical, results-driven, and comfortable being measured on revenue impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in e-commerce conversion optimization.
• Experience working on large product catalogs (100+ SKUs).
• Understanding of direct-response copywriting or consumer psychology.
