[Hiring] Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst @Spiralyze

Role Description

The Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst helps our team's investigation into the drivers of conversion across client websites. Responsibilities include:

• Uploading A/B Testing data to our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Library.
• Managing and updating the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Library regularly.
• Analyzing testing data and cataloging them in the right directories.
• Supporting general team operations by assisting with ad hoc tasks across the department.

You should have a keen eye for detail and an intuitive understanding of the psychology behind consumer decision making. This role is primarily data entry, and no prior experience is necessary; training will be provided. It is well suited for someone interested in a career in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing, offering valuable skills in digital marketing, UI/UX best practices, and consumer psychology.

Qualifications

• Coachability: Can easily be trained to learn the processes.
• Availability: Able to overlap with Eastern Standard Time for at least 4 hours every day.
• Communication Skills: Excellent command of the English language in writing.
• Motivated: Able to maintain a strong work ethic even when the task is repetitive.
• Work setup: Must have a laptop/desktop with a strong internet connection.
