Role Description

• Develop and manage a content strategy aligned with global GTM priorities and customer journey needs.
• Identify content gaps and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and available resources.
• Lead the Content & Design Team, managing team development, workload, and resource allocation.
• Establish scalable production workflows, quality standards, and approval processes.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality content delivery.
• Introduce AI tools, automation, and content reuse to improve efficiency.
• Define and monitor content performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Growth and Marketing Operations to measure content impact on campaigns and pipeline.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Sales to develop market-facing and sales enablement materials.
• Ensure consistent messaging across websites, campaigns, product launches, and sales materials.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align competing content priorities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, content strategy, creative operations, or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years in a leadership position with direct responsibility for a multidisciplinary team.
• Proven experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, complex technology solutions, or similarly consultative B2B environments.
• Demonstrated experience developing content strategies aligned with customer journeys and GTM objectives.
• Strong understanding of demand generation, product marketing, buyer enablement, and digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with content workflows, resource planning, creative briefing, and quality management.
• Ability to interpret marketing performance data and translate findings into practical decisions.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Excellent project prioritization, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced English, ideally C1, with confidence in professional written and verbal communication.

Requirements

• Experience in Life Sciences, PharmaTech, HealthTech, or other regulated B2B industries.
• Knowledge of pharma commercial and medical content workflows, MLR review, localization, and omnichannel engagement.
• Experience with ABM, complex enterprise buyer journeys, or international GTM.
• Experience implementing AI-powered content production and optimization workflows.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation, CMS/DXP platforms, digital analytics, and content performance dashboards.
• Experience building or transforming an internal creative/content operations function.
