[Hiring] Content Strategist @BrowserStack

Role Description

We are looking for a Content Strategist with a strong foundation in SEO-driven content marketing. You will help us scale our content engine by building topical and generative authority, analyzing SERPs and generative outputs, and creating high-quality content that drive measurable results.

• This role combines content strategy, SEO, and GEO expertise.
• You’ll work closely with AI tools and internal teams to create high-quality content, build partnerships, and earn backlinks that boost BrowserStack’s visibility and authority.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in long-form SEO content writing (internships/freelance included).
• Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals: search intent, topical authority, on-page optimization, and internal linking.
• Working knowledge of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-driven content discoverability.
• Proven experience driving content partnerships and backlink acquisition through outreach.
• Fluency in AI-assisted content workflows using LLMs to scale ideation, creation, and optimization.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for developer and enterprise audiences.
• Comfort with SEO and analytics tools; data-driven approach to improving performance.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Conduct keyword research, SERP analysis, and generative engine analysis to identify content gaps, search intent, and high-impact formats.
• Write, edit, publish, and optimize long-form SEO content to build topical and generative authority across priority themes.
• Repurpose and distribute content across Medium, Dev.to, and relevant third-party platforms.
• Engage in relevant subreddits, spark authentic developer conversations, and convert community insights into content opportunities.
• Create and grow niche subreddits aligned with core themes to expand organic reach.
• Identify and execute third-party partnerships, outreach campaigns, and guest placements to earn high-quality backlinks.
• Track and improve backlink acquisition performance while building scalable link-building systems.
• Leverage LLMs and AI tools to accelerate ideation, drafting, and optimization while maintaining high editorial standards.
