Role Description

Join Hostinger's Content team and help us turn educational content into one of our strongest growth engines. As a Content Optimization & Experimentation Specialist in the Content team, you'll shape how millions of users experience and interact with Hostinger's educational content. You'll own the journey from insight to impact - identifying opportunities, designing user experiences, leading experimentation, and turning data into meaningful business growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO strategy for our blog and tutorials by identifying the highest-impact conversion opportunities, maintaining a prioritized experimentation backlog, and defining quarterly OKRs.
• Design intuitive user experiences by improving page layouts, navigation, CTAs, page structure, and conversion-focused copy.
• Develop hypotheses and lead A/B and multivariate experiments from planning through implementation.
• Analyze experiment results with statistical confidence, documenting every outcome to build a culture of continuous learning.
• Ensure successful experiments become lasting improvements across our content ecosystem.
• Partner closely with the Head of Content to shape the optimization roadmap, evolve our brand experience, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CRO, UX, or experimentation.
• UX thinking that goes beyond aesthetics — ability to diagnose why users don't convert.
• Analytical rigor — comfortable with data, know its limits, and make data-driven decisions with confidence.
• Experience optimizing long-form content and creating experiences that guide users toward action.
• Ability to write or direct conversion copy that stays on-brand.
• Can craft—or direct—copy that converts without compromising the brand.
• Thrive when juggling multiple ideas and confidently prioritize the ones that will create the biggest impact.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with content-led growth, SEO-heavy products, SaaS or web hosting.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
