Role Description

Join a leading medical practice specializing in surgical procedures including plastic surgery, hair transplants, and eye procedures. Manage and optimize four specialized websites while creating compelling video content for YouTube and Meta advertising campaigns. Execute comprehensive SEO strategies and coordinate digital marketing efforts to drive patient engagement. Work independently with our internal team to ensure websites remain current, functional, and conversion-focused. Utilize platforms like GoHighLevel to support landing pages, funnels, and marketing integrations.

• Manage and optimize four specialized medical websites focused on plastic surgery, hair transplant, and eye procedures to maximize search visibility and patient conversions
• Execute comprehensive SEO strategies including on-page and technical optimizations to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings
• Create and edit compelling video content for YouTube and Meta advertising campaigns that showcase surgical procedures and patient testimonials
• Coordinate website structure and content alignment with Meta ad campaigns using GoHighLevel for landing pages and marketing funnels
• Monitor website performance metrics and implement strategic improvements for SEO, content optimization, and user experience enhancement

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in website management and SEO optimization for multiple websites
• Intermediate video editing skills specifically for YouTube, including ability to trim footage, add captions, and design engaging thumbnails
• Working knowledge of technical SEO practices that improve organic search visibility and website performance
• Proficient in using GoHighLevel or comparable funnel/landing page management platforms
• Understanding of digital marketing integration, particularly how website content supports Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns
• Completed some college coursework, with preference for digital marketing, communications, or related fields
• Ability to manage and optimize content across multiple websites focused on medical/surgical procedure topics
• Proven experience in creating and formatting web content that supports search engine optimization strategies
• Comfortable performing both technical website maintenance and creative content development tasks

Requirements

• Must be capable of working full-time during standard Pacific Time business hours, Monday through Friday
