[Hiring] Content Marketing Manager @Stable

Role Description

Join an early-stage startup as one of the first employees and do work that directly impacts the future of how companies are built.

• Write and publish content.
• Own the editorial calendar end to end.
• Partner with product marketing to bring audiences, messaging, and value propositions to life through campaigns, thought leadership, customer stories, and educational content.
• Shape the voice and point of view of Stable's content, ensuring each piece lands with its intended audience.
• Work with subject matter experts across product, engineering, and product marketing to translate Stable’s product vision into compelling and digestible content.
• Partner with sales and success teams to uncover customer stories and testimonials, turning them into powerful marketing assets.
• Grow Stable's social presence and handle day-to-day engagement.
• Support product launches and integrated campaigns across email, web, organic, and paid channels.
• Develop email marketing and nurture programs including segmentation, copy drafting, and offer selection.

• Ownership & Measurement
• Win AI Search (AEO/GEO): Identify and track the most relevant prompts for Stable, and create content that earns citations.
• Own outreach to 3rd parties to earn brand mentions in publications.
• Ensure answer engines can crawl, understand, and cite our site (crawler access, structured data, sitemaps, etc.).
• Evolve traditional SEO: Conduct keyword, intent, and competitor research to find relevant queries and map them to pages that rank and convert.
• Build reporting in GSC, GA4, and our internal stack to tie organic traffic through to signups and pipeline.
• Partner with engineering to ensure the Stable website remains fast, crawlable, and indexable.
• Define content goals and track engagement, conversion rates, and revenue impact.

• AI Leverage
• Encode brand guidelines, tone of voice, and product details into AI systems.
• Design and ship AI workflows that can turn topics into high fidelity drafts quickly.
• Maximize the impact of content by building tools that surface outdated or cannibalizing pieces.
• Automate derivative content creation: turn ebooks, whitepapers, webinars, customer stories, and blogs into social, email, and sales enablement content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B content, growth marketing, SEO, or integrated marketing.
• Hands-on SEO experience, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical fundamentals.
• Experience with AI search (AEO/GEO) is a strong plus.
• Built AI workflows that help produce more without sacrificing quality.
• Comfort with data tools (GA4, GSC, CRM) and ability to articulate the impact of content on growth metrics.
• Ownership: move quickly, make sound decisions with incomplete information, and push through ambiguity.
• A portfolio of content programs to discuss: what was built, performance, and lessons learned.
• Craft: ask good questions, have a keen attention to detail, and explain complex ideas simply.
• Comfort working cross-functionally and getting what you need from people who don't report to you.
