Role Description

The Content & Platform Growth Lead will act as the central operator responsible for helping scale the platform. This role combines content leadership, digital growth strategy, partnerships, and project management to expand the platform’s authority and reach within the peptide and biohacking communities.

• Develop and manage the editorial roadmap for peptide-related content.
• Oversee the creation of educational guides, research explainers, and articles.
• Coordinate writers, researchers, and guest contributors.
• Ensure content is scientifically grounded, readable, and well structured.
• Expand topic clusters around peptides, longevity, and human optimization.
• Publishing and managing content within WordPress.
• Structuring categories, tags, and internal linking.
• Maintaining formatting and readability standards.
• Coordinating with developers when technical updates are required.
• Ensuring efficient publishing workflows.
• Identify and recruit writers, researchers, and subject matter experts in peptides and biohacking.
• Source guest contributors to expand the platform’s authority.
• Coordinate collaborations with professionals within the peptide and longevity space.
• Identify and build relationships with biohacking and peptide influencers.
• Coordinate collaborations with social media creators and educators.
• Expand brand reach through strategic partnerships.
• Identify keyword opportunities around peptides, longevity, and health optimization.
• Monitor analytics and traffic performance.
• Improve existing content to increase rankings and engagement.
• As the platform grows, this role may also help project manage larger initiatives, including:
• Biohacking or peptide-focused conferences and events.
• Community meetups or educational workshops.
• Partnerships with researchers, clinics, and industry experts.

Qualifications

• Strong WordPress experience (mandatory).
• Experience managing content-driven websites.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Understanding of SEO and content strategy.
• Ability to coordinate multiple contributors and projects.
