[Hiring] Content & Design Marketing Executive @Baringa

Role Description

Our Clients and Marketing team are looking for an experienced Content & Design professional to join them. Over the past nine months, Clients & Marketing has evolved from a purist marketing function into a broadened, end-to-end Clients & Marketing team. Our focus now spans from brand and market positioning through to deeper client relationships, improved win rates, revenue growth, and increased net margin. This is being underpinned by an operational transformation including cNPS, new ways of working, and a content management platform driving greater efficiency and effectiveness.

What you will be doing:

• Managing the relationship with Baringa’s design agency, including briefs, workflow, timelines, and quality control.
• Coordinating the C&M content calendar, ensuring visibility, sequencing, and coordination across brand, sector, capability, and PR activity.
• Coordinating content production processes, including reviews, approvals, and asset management.
• Supporting the development of design briefs and ensuring creative output aligns with refreshed brand guidelines.
• Monitoring workloads and flagging bottlenecks or resourcing needs.
• Publishing content to internal and external channels where required, ensuring consistency and timeliness.
• Collaborating with marketing teams to ensure content and design needs are met for campaigns, events, and thought leadership.
• Maintaining brand compliance across all assets.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing coordination, content operations, or design workflow management.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Confident working with creative teams and agencies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams.
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working remotely.
