Role Description

We are seeking a Communications & Email Marketing Specialist who is responsible for developing, designing, and delivering impactful communications that connect corporate initiatives with franchise owners, advisors, and prospective franchise partners. This role serves as a central communications hub, leveraging marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Rezora, and Lofty to ensure timely, relevant, and engaging messaging reaches both internal and external audiences. This position combines strategic communications, email marketing, template development, and digital content management to support franchise engagement, business growth, and brand consistency across our network.

Responsibilities

• Internal Communications & Franchise Engagement
  • Develop, write, design, and deploy internal communications to franchise owners and staff, including newsletters, operational updates, marketing announcements, product launches, training opportunities, and urgent communications.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate corporate initiatives into clear, actionable messaging for franchisees.
  • Ensure communications are personalized and relevant through audience segmentation based on region, business size, role, and other key attributes.
  • Maintain communication calendars and coordinate messaging across departments to ensure consistency and alignment.
• HubSpot Strategy & Administration
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot for internal and external communications.
  • Create and maintain audience segments to deliver targeted communications.
  • Build, test, and manage automated workflows for onboarding, training, engagement, and franchise support initiatives.
  • Develop and execute email campaigns supporting franchise engagement, marketing initiatives, and franchise development efforts.
  • Monitor performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and engagement trends, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Franchise Sales/Expansion Marketing
  • Create and optimize B2B email nurture campaigns targeting prospective franchise owners and business leaders.
  • Collaborate with franchise sales teams to improve lead engagement and conversion opportunities.
• Template Development & Local Marketing Support
  • Design and develop professional email templates within Rezora and Lofty for franchisee use.
  • Create seasonal, promotional, and monthly marketing templates aligned with corporate campaigns and brand standards.
  • Develop specialized templates focused on key brand launches and specializations.
• Real Estate & Lead Nurturing Programs
  • Build and maintain automated consumer marketing campaigns and Smart Plans within Lofty.
  • Develop buyer, seller, and sphere-of-influence nurture campaigns that support lead generation and conversion efforts.
  • Create compelling consumer-facing content that aligns with brand standards and local market needs.
• Digital Content & Platform Management
  • Maintain and update the company intranet and World login page to ensure alignment with current communications, campaigns, and organizational priorities.
  • Manage homepage banners and featured content across relevant World applications.
  • Coordinate content updates for headquarters digital signage, ensuring timely communication of announcements, events, campaigns, and corporate initiatives.
• Reporting & Analytics
  • Track and analyze campaign performance across all communication platforms.
  • Develop regular reporting dashboards and performance summaries.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve communication effectiveness, engagement, and marketing outcomes.
  • Measure the impact of communications on franchise engagement, lead nurturing, and franchise development objectives.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience with HubSpot.
• Experience with email marketing and CRM platforms such as Rezora, Lofty, or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, audience segmentation, and automation.
• Experience designing email templates using drag-and-drop builders and basic HTML.
• Familiarity with digital content management system and SMS marketing.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience leveraging generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini to support content creation and communications while maintaining brand voice, accuracy, and quality.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in communications, email marketing, marketing operations, or a related field.
• Experience supporting franchise organizations, real estate brokerages, multi-location businesses, or similar distributed networks preferred.
• Proven track record of creating and improving strong communications strategies.
• Demonstrated experience managing both internal communications and external marketing campaigns.

Benefits

• The compensation will be $70k-85k annually based on education, experience, and location.
