Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Client Affiliation Partner to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide and help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our affiliate marketing programs, developing strong relationships with partners, and analyzing performance data to maximize ROI. You will join our Partnership Affiliation Team, a challenging yet exciting business area, where your capabilities, efforts, and market intuition will directly contribute to the growth of our programs, especially across US and international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or performance marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel, or other BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., CJ Affiliate, Awin, Rakuten, or similar).
• Experience with online travel agencies (OTAs) or e-commerce is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.

Requirements

• Experience working on the US market.
• Exposure to platforms such as Travelpayouts or Stay22.
• Knowledge of additional acquisition channels (retargeting, display, SEM).
