Role Description

We are seeking a high-agency, entrepreneurial Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our founding team. This is not a standard corporate marketing role; it is a partnership opportunity. As a foundational pillar of our organization, you will be responsible for defining, executing, and evolving our brand and growth strategies from the ground up.

If you are a builder who thrives in ambiguity, views sales and marketing as a unified engine, and is looking to build equity in a company you help shape, we want to hear from you. You will be starting from zero. You will have full autonomy to build our sales and social media channels, as well as operational support from current management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Take ownership of our marketing strategy. Review and refine current drafts, adapting them into actionable plans that move the needle and providing suggestions for improvement.
• Brand & Awareness: Lead all social media marketing and brand awareness initiatives. Utilize established channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X) to amplify our voice and build a community around our product.
• Integrated Sales & Growth: Lead the sales department to ensure marketing efforts directly feed into lead generation and conversion.
• Growth Initiatives: Drive general outreach and creative growth experiments. Identify new channels and strategies to acquire and retain users.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with existing departments, including social media, sales, and engineering, to align product development with market messaging.
