Role Description

Silencio Network is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a proven track record in the web3 space. The CMO will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing a winning marketing strategy.
• Growing and nurturing the community.
• Positioning the company for success as we approach our Token Generation Event (TGE).

This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the web3 ecosystem, community growth, and data-driven marketing.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across all social platforms to increase brand awareness and drive growth.
• Manage and oversee the community management team, ensuring active engagement and growth of the Silencio community.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and differentiate our brand in the market.
• Collaborate with the executive team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure successful pre-TGE, TGE, and post-TGE phases.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, partners, and influencers within the web3 ecosystem.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to innovate and enhance our marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in delivering and implementing successful marketing strategies in the web3 space.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience working in the web3/crypto industry.
• Strong proficiency in English, C1/C2.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a distributed team.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to set and track KPIs effectively.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and community building.
• Experience with blockchain technology and decentralized applications.
• Experience accompanying a web3 startup through pre-TGE, TGE, and post-TGE stages.
