Role Description
We're looking for a Chief Marketing Officer β part growth architect, part market visionary. The person who will take neoBIM from a breakout startup to a globally recognized category leader in AI-powered BIM. If you've scaled SaaS products across international markets and know how to turn pipeline into revenue, this role was built for you.

Own the Global Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and execute the worldwide rollout plan for neoBIM's product suite. You define which markets we enter, when, how β and you make it happen. From localization strategy to launch campaigns, this is your domain.

Build a Revenue-Generating Marketing Engine: Demand gen, pipeline acceleration, growth loops β you don't just create awareness, you create customers. You own the full funnel and are accountable to revenue metrics, not vanity KPIs.

Drive SaaS Growth at Scale: Own the product marketing layer. You know the SaaS playbook inside out and you know when to break it.

Lead AI-Powered Brand Positioning: Position neoBIM as the definitive AI leader in the BIM space. You craft the story that makes enterprise buyers, partners, and investors take notice β and you bring it to life across every channel.

Align Marketing & Sales for Pipeline Velocity: Work in lockstep with the sales leadership team to ensure marketing output becomes revenue. You shorten deal cycles, arm sales with killer collateral, and obsess over conversion at every stage.

Build and Lead a World-Class Marketing Team: Hire, structure, and develop the marketing org from the ground up. You bring the team, the systems, and the culture β and you build it to scale with the company's global ambitions.
Qualifications

Proven SaaS Marketing Leadership: You've held a senior marketing leadership role at a B2B SaaS company β ideally scaled from early stage to significant ARR. You've done it before and you know what "good" looks like at every stage.

Global Go-to-Market Execution: You've launched products in multiple international markets. You understand the nuances of multi-market rollouts β localization, channel selection, partner ecosystems, regional demand dynamics.

Sales-Driven Marketing Mindset: You are accountable to pipeline and revenue, not impressions and MQLs. You have direct experience working with sales teams, running ABM programs, and being measured on closed revenue.

AI Affinity & Product Fluency: You genuinely understand AI products β not as a buzzword, but as a product category with specific buyer psychology, technical complexity, and trust dynamics. You use AI tools in your own workflow and can speak credibly about the technology.

Executive Presence & Stakeholder Impact: You can represent neoBIM at industry events, in investor conversations, and in front of enterprise C-suites. You're a builder and a communicator β equally comfortable in a strategy session and on a stage.

Founder-Level Ownership: Beyond the resume: we're looking for someone with the drive and ownership mindset of a co-founder. You move fast, make decisions with incomplete information, and take full accountability for outcomes.
