[Hiring] Centralised Advertising Operations Assistant @Maker Lab

Role Description

We're looking for a Centralised Advertising Operations Assistant to join one of our amazing clients in the music and entertainment industry. You'll be the force behind exciting digital campaigns across APAC, bringing ads to life through smart platform execution, automation, and creative problem-solving to help artists connect with fans everywhere.

• Handle the full daily campaign setup, asset upload and audience configuration workload across all major self-service advertising networks.
• Collaborate with agency partners to verify tracking pixels, custom conversion tags and attribution scripts across platforms, ensuring accurate performance capture.
• Deploy automated spreadsheets and text configuration macros to rapidly upload, launch and update large volumes of multi-lingual ad variations.
• Run continuous ad account quality checks, auditing targeting parameters, correcting metadata errors, and adjusting scheduling variables.
• Coordinate with upstream creative and content teams to pull processed creative assets seamlessly into live ad sets.
• Ensure click-through metrics, tracking codes, and campaign parameters feed cleanly into the central data backend to support predictive analytics models.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience executing media setups inside live business manager interfaces (specifically Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Business Centre).
• Exceptional administrative precision, with a proven ability to process high volumes of digital creative files and tracking lines with zero errors.
• Comfortable using formulas, text concatenation systems, and bulk CSV uploads to eliminate manual data-entry bottlenecks.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, capable of shifting operational priorities based on real-time campaign requests.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
