Role Description

We're looking for an Outreach Specialist who's excited to combine influencer marketing, AI, and data to help us discover new creators, build meaningful relationships, and scale our outreach efforts. You'll work at the intersection of creator discovery, influencer outreach, and AI-powered automation, helping us identify the right talent for our campaigns, improve response rates, and build smarter, more efficient processes. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the creator economy, enjoys experimenting with technology, and is constantly thinking about how to make things better.

What You'll Do

• Creator Discovery & Outreach: Identify, research, and connect with influencers who align with our clients' needs, campaign objectives, and target audiences.
• Proactive Creator Pipeline Building: Anticipate recurring campaign needs and proactively build pipelines of relevant creators, ensuring our teams have fresh talent available for upcoming opportunities.
• Influencer Research & Evaluation: Analyze creator profiles using relevant metrics such as engagement rates, audience demographics, content quality, and brand alignment.
• AI-Powered Outreach: Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline creator discovery, personalize communications, and scale outreach efforts without losing the human touch.
• Outreach Performance & Optimization: Monitor outreach metrics, including response rates, creator interest, and conversion trends, to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Creator Communication: Manage influencer conversations across email, social media, and other outreach channels, maintaining authentic, personalized, and professional communication.
• AI & Process Improvement: Collaborate with our engineering and internal teams to improve existing AI agents, develop new automation workflows, and optimize outreach processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Campaign Management and List Building teams to understand upcoming campaign needs and ensure a consistent pipeline of relevant creators.
• Experimentation & Growth: Proactively test new outreach strategies, messaging approaches, and AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency, creator engagement, and overall results.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong familiarity with influencer marketing, creator outreach, campaign coordination, or talent sourcing.
• Solid understanding of the creator economy, social media platforms, and what makes an influencer a good fit for a brand or campaign.
• Ability to evaluate influencer profiles using basic performance metrics, including engagement, audience relevance, and content quality.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with the ability to learn and experiment with new tools.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, tracking outreach activities, and interpreting basic performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken), with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage naturally and professionally with creators across different markets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple creator conversations, follow-ups, and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to independently identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Previous experience working at an influencer marketing agency, creator management company, or influencer marketing platform.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or AI-powered automation platforms.
• Experience building or improving automated outreach workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with influencer discovery and analytics tools.
• Experience tracking outreach performance, analyzing response rates, or optimizing creator acquisition strategies.
• Exposure to influencer negotiations, rate discussions, or creator relationship management.
• Experience collaborating with technical or engineering teams on automation projects.
• Background in a fast-growing startup or technology-driven environment.
