Role Description
The Campaign Operations Coordinator is a hands-on execution role for someone who loves turning marketing ideas into polished, launch-ready campaigns. This is a great opportunity for a detail-obsessed marketer who enjoys building emails, landing pages, and workflows—and takes pride in getting the small things right.

Build and launch marketing campaigns across email, landing pages, forms, and automated workflows using platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Asana.

Execute campaign builds based on approved requirements, including segmentation, routing, timing, and system configuration.

Perform comprehensive QA on all campaign assets to ensure accuracy, functionality, and readiness prior to launch.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve execution defects in campaigns, workflows, and system setups.

Support post-event and follow-up campaign execution in partnership with campaign owners.

Act as the execution arm of Campaign Operations, delivering campaigns without owning strategy or intake decisions.

Follow established templates, processes, and build standards to ensure consistent and repeatable execution.

Document execution work, fixes, and changes clearly within defined tools and systems.
Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in marketing execution, marketing operations, or marketing automation.

Hands-on experience building email, landing page, and workflow-based campaigns.

Strong attention to detail and comfort working with marketing content and assets.

Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce.

Ability to QA campaign assets thoroughly and catch issues before launch.

Experience troubleshooting execution issues and fixing defects independently.

Ability to manage multiple campaign builds at once while meeting deadlines.

Clear written communication skills.
