Role Description

We are looking for a Campaign Manager to design and execute multichannel campaigns that engage key audiences in the clinical research space. If you have experience in life sciences marketing and a passion for data-driven, results-oriented strategies, we’d love to hear from you.

Translate business objectives into compelling marketing campaigns that drive engagement and retention.
Execute multichannel campaigns across digital, social, events, and traditional media.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality, data-driven campaigns.
Optimise marketing ROI by analysing data, tracking performance, and refining strategies.
Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in science, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing, ideally within clinical research, life sciences, or healthcare.
Specific experience surrounding oncology, cell and gene therapy or virology services/products would be advantageous.
Strong knowledge of marketing automation, CRM platforms (Salesforce, Marketo), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI).
Data-driven mindset with a track record of optimising campaign performance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized, detail-orientated, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.

Requirements

Occasional travel may be required for events and team collaboration.
