Role Description
The Social Media Manager is a global role that will be pivotal in amplifying Mews across the hospitality, technology, and business sectors. You will be instrumental in shaping and elevating Mews’ online presence and engage a global audience. Reporting into the Senior Communications Manager, you will drive our brand awareness growth by creating compelling content, building impactful relationships with influencers, managing interactions, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Mews’ goals
- Deliver high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content across social media, ensuring a consistent voice, tone and messaging
- Analyse performance metrics to optimize campaigns, grow digital audiences, increase our reach and enhance user engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling multimedia content, including video, graphics and written materials
- Stay abreast of trends, identifying timely opportunities for Mews to contribute to trending stories and emerging conversations
- Strategically enhance the visibility of our leadership team across social channels, positioning them as innovators and industry leaders
- Manage budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
Qualifications
- Extensive experience managing and growing B2B social media accounts
- A keen interest in the future of hospitality, hotels, travel and technology, with a strong perspective on emerging trends
- Considerable experience in content creation, platform management, and proficiency with social media tools and techniques
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities that allow you to coordinate with a range of stakeholders
- Excellent writing skills and a talent for crafting compelling content, with a flair of creativity and innovation
- A knack for fostering positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
