Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Brand Media Operations Coordinator based in Nepal to support our US-based Brand Advertising team. This role plays a critical part in executing and optimizing brand advertising campaigns for our global market.
As a Brand Media Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for onboarding, managing digital media assets, while also communicating directly with clients and supporting project management to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and efficiently.
This role requires strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to transform campaign data into clear, visually engaging client presentations. You will collaborate closely with our Brand Ads Sales team, communicate campaign performance insights, and assist the sales team with client-ready materials.
This position requires availability during standard US Eastern Time business hours.
What Youβll Do

Manage and onboard advertiser media assets, including organizing photos and assembling native ad creatives

Support campaign execution and performance tracking

Transform campaign metrics into clear, accessible, and actionable presentations

Create visually engaging, client-facing reports that communicate data-driven insights on advertising performance

Ensure advertiser profiles are accurate, complete, and up-to-date

Partner with the Brand Ads Sales team on strategic planning and client communications

Work alongside teams across the organization, such as Editorial and Finance, to support key initiatives

Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision, maintain high accuracy in deliverables, and ensure timely, responsive communication with clients

Communicate professionally with advertisers via email and virtual platforms

Work aligned with US Eastern Time Zone business hours
Qualifications

Strong design skills with the ability to create polished, visually compelling presentations (Google Slides and Google Sheets proficiency required)

Background in digital marketing, advertising, media coordination, or digital asset creation

Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, impressions, conversions, etc.)

Highly detail-oriented with the ability to effectively prioritize competing tasks and respond to client communications in a timely and professional manner

Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to work with people virtually and embody a team player attitude

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills across multiple communication platforms

Reliable internet connection and ability to work US Eastern Time hours
