Role Description
Yardzen is hiring a hands-on Brand Marketing Manager to help grow brand awareness, tell our stories, and create new ways for homeowners and brands to discover and engage with Yardzen. This role is among the most important to the company as it sits at the core of our brand and mission.
This is a generalist role, on purpose. You’ll devise a communications strategy on Monday, partner with a creator for content on Tuesday, launch a referral program on Wednesday, execute an experiential pop up on Thursday, and give a contractor partner directions about how to best photograph a Yardzen yard they’re building on Friday. You’ll own the programs you build, including their results.
This role requires a brand marketing athlete. You’ll do lots of things in this role, but first and foremost you’ll be a modern storyteller. Every single Yardzen client has a story. It’s through telling those stories individually and at scale that Yardzen’s brand really comes alive.
