Position: Marketing Expert — Brand Marketing (AI Agent Environments)

Type: Contract

Compensation: $60–$100/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Design task briefs from real brand marketing experiences, focusing on testing planted issues and decisions a strong practitioner should make.
• Specify documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task versions.
• Write or review reference answers and define criteria separating strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge them against your standards.
• Evaluate AI capabilities in diagnosing data, prioritizing, planning, QA, triage, research, reporting, and orchestrating multi-step work.

Qualifications

• Must-Have: Hands-on practitioner experience in brand marketing, owning positioning, brand tracking, and brand investment decisions.
• Comfortable with brand tracking studies, share-of-voice data, and Google Analytics 4.
• Clear written reasoning with the ability to explain why decisions are right.
• Preferred: Experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
