[Hiring] Brand Educator @Skin Gym

Role Description

We’re seeking an engaging, knowledgeable Brand Educator to lead Skin Gym product trainings for retail partners, store associates, creators, and internal teams. You’ll teach participants how to use our products, explain their benefits clearly, and build confidence in recommending the right tools to customers. This is a hands-on role combining product demonstrations, education, and brand representation.

Responsibilities

• Lead virtual and in-person trainings on Skin Gym tools, devices, and self-care products.
• Demonstrate correct product use, care, and how products fit into a skincare routine.
• Explain approved benefits, safety instructions, and contraindications using company-provided materials.
• Train retail associates on product differences, customer questions, and selling points.
• Develop training presentations, quick-reference guides, FAQs, and short educational videos.
• Support new product launches with educational sessions and demonstrations.
• Represent Skin Gym at selected retail events, masterclasses, and brand activations.
• Gather feedback from trainings and recommend improvements to educational materials.
• Coordinate training schedules and maintain accurate, current product knowledge.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of experience as a brand educator or retail trainer.
• Licensed esthetician strongly preferred.
• Experience with facial tools and at-home skincare devices.
• Confident presentation skills, both on camera and in person.
• Ability to make product information easy to understand and engaging.
• Strong organization and ability to prepare and lead sessions independently.
• Comfortable working with retail associates, creators, and customers.
• Availability for scheduled trainings, occasional events, and local travel.

Schedule

Freelance, with hours based on the training calendar. Includes preparation time, virtual sessions, in-person trainings, and occasional events.

Pay Range

$30–$40/hour
