Role Description
Weβre looking for a Brand Director to shape and lead our brand strategy, bringing our story to life in a way that connects us with our audience and stands out in the market. This role will own our brand identity, lead impactful campaigns, and partner across teams to ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience everywhere we show up.

Shape and continuously evolve the companyβs overall brand strategy and positioning, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Define and clearly communicate our brand identity with target audiences.

Champion a consistent, high-quality brand experience across all channels and customer touchpoints.

Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and promotional campaigns.

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to drive alignment and ensure the brand vision is brought to life.

Leverage market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform strategy, identify opportunities, and keep the brand relevant in a dynamic landscape.

Manage the brand budget and metrics, establishing KPIs, tracking results, and optimizing efforts to drive measurable impact.
