Role Description

We are seeking a hands-on Blockchain Community Manager. We’re looking for a junior community manager to guide, grow, and wield our community that represents the largest and most ubiquitous consumer devices globally. The ideal candidate is an experienced crypto community manager or marketer with a track record of building and engaging with web3 and crypto Dev communities.

• Formulate and implement strategies for community growth and active engagement, working closely with the marketing and product teams.
• Create engaging content and memes to educate and entertain the community.
• Detect and communicate significant community feedback and market opportunities to the team.
• Set up and manage Discord channels, ensuring proper permissions, bots, and security protocols are in place.
• Track, analyze, and report on the community's dynamics and the success of different campaigns, proposing strategies for betterment.
• Organize and execute community events, both virtual and physical.

Qualifications

• English native speaker.
• Experience in marketing and community management within the crypto industry.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Proven track record in building and engaging online communities.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
