[Hiring] B2B Panel Marketing Analyst @Pulse Labs AI, Inc.

5d ago - Pulse Labs AI, Inc. is hiring a remote B2B Panel Marketing Analyst. 💸 Salary: unspecified 📍Location: Worldwide

Role Description

This role is 100% remote. Pulse Labs invites dynamic individuals to join our team as a Panel Marketing Analyst. Backed by industry giants Google and Amazon, Pulse Labs, a leading UX research firm, is at the forefront of revolutionizing product development. Our mission is to provide insightful, actionable, and easily comprehensible feedback throughout the product lifecycle - from conception to market launch and beyond. Through our innovative approach, we empower leading tech companies to refine and create groundbreaking products across mobile, smart home, wearables, and automotive.

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic senior marketing analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment to join our Marketing Team. If you are passionate about strategizing and driving marketing activities, solving complex problems, and enjoy being part of a collaborative team, then this role is perfect for you!

The right candidate will play a pivotal role in managing recruitment of study participants based on niche client requirements, growing our panelist community, quantifying results, living the “test and learn” mentality, and recommending automation as applicable. We’re looking for a motivated self-starter who identifies needs and finds solutions. You will work cross-functionally to understand study requirements and target audiences, and then use your expertise to drive successful recruitment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute best-in-class panelist acquisition strategies across owned and paid channels to recruit new usability research participants (panelists).
  • Track and analyze performance and spend (with strict adherence to budget) by channel for each study, and adjust strategies as needed to meet recruitment goals.
  • Leverage A/B testing to “test and learn.” Optimize campaigns while in-flight. Use learnings to inform future approaches.
  • Develop long-term panel growth and maintenance strategies.
  • Qualify respondents into study participants leveraging a variety of methods to ensure client study requirements are met.
  • Ensure participants are onboarded appropriately by providing thorough instructions.
  • Drive communications with our panelist community both generally and during specific research studies, including email updates, help content, and social media communications.
  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to continuously improve the panelist recruiting, onboarding flows, and overall experiences.
  • Identify opportunities for automation to help streamline existing processes.
  • Process and track participant incentives by type for each study.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working within a marketing automation platform (e.g. Hubspot, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Proficiency managing social media campaigns, email marketing, and other digital channels.
  • Experience advertising across organic and paid channels.
  • 3-5 years of recruitment, marketing, or social media marketing experience.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects.
  • Comfortability working in a frequently changing, often ambiguous environment.
  • Experience recruiting people to participate in events or research studies.
  • Experience with Canva, Figma, and/or other graphic design tools.
  • Experience using analytics tools to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • History of supporting user experience research, market research, and/or working with technical teams.
