Role Description

Driving SEO, artificial intelligence integration and digital marketing strategy in an industrial company, this role establishes the foundational framework to scale brand visibility and track online reach. The position turns strategic concepts into high-performing campaigns, engaging collateral, and robust analytics systems.

Working flexible hours with an initial commitment of approximately 20 hours in the first month, the workload changes to approximately 2 to 4 hours per week thereafter. The position includes a monthly one-hour alignment session with the sales team to review performance, sync strategic goals, and adjust ongoing digital initiatives.

• Define and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Build, optimise, and monitor search engine optimisation (SEO) frameworks to drive organic performance.
• Integrate artificial intelligence tools and approaches into marketing workflows to increase efficiency and output.
• Design, construct, and launch dynamic digital marketing campaigns across targeted channels.
• Produce high-quality content and promotional tools to support campaign initiatives and audience engagement.
• Track, evaluate, and report on key campaign metrics to ensure continuous optimisation and performance visibility.
• Collaborate with the sales team during monthly review sessions to ensure marketing efforts support revenue objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in defining and executing digital marketing strategies.
• Practical expertise in search engine optimisation (SEO) and campaign management.
• Experience with or understanding of applying artificial intelligence (AI) tools within digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience in content creation and marketing tool development.
• Demonstrated capability in tracking, analysing, and reporting on marketing metrics.

Requirements

• Previous experience collaborating closely with sales teams to align revenue and marketing goals.
