Role Description

Bamboo Works is looking for a B2B Content & Growth Marketing Manager to help turn our positioning into visibility, authority, and qualified demand. This is a hands-on strategic marketing role where you will:

• Develop the strategy and execute it.
• Work closely with our founders to understand Bamboo Works' commercial priorities, target markets, and positioning.
• Translate those into a clear and consistent organic marketing strategy.
• Your initial focus will span:
  • Content
  • SEO
  • GEO/AI search
  • Social media
  • Lead magnets
  • Website optimization
  • Email marketing
  • Organic lead generation

Paid advertising and performance marketing are not a core part of this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within B2B.
• Strong experience developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Excellent content marketing and copywriting skills.
• Strong practical SEO knowledge.
• Experience using organic content to generate leads.
• Experience creating B2B lead magnets and conversion-focused resources.
• Strong understanding of B2B customer journeys.
• Experience managing LinkedIn and other relevant social channels.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to use AI tools effectively.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Requirements

• Ability to conduct independent market, competitor, keyword, and audience research.
• Highly proactive and capable of independently taking ideas from strategy through execution.

Benefits

• Part-Time commitment (20 hours/week).
