Role Description

Podean is seeking an Associate Media Manager with deep experience across Amazon and Mercado Libre to lead marketplace media strategy, execution, and performance. This role demands expertise in managing sophisticated and complex campaigns and a passion for guiding clients and team members to success. As the go-to marketplace media expert, you will unlock opportunities for growth, innovation, and excellence while leading the day-to-day management of marketplace campaigns.

• Engage in daily communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and success across campaigns.
• Translate client objectives into campaign strategies and tactics, unlocking value and efficiency in campaign execution.
• Develop and implement media strategies to support client goals.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the junior media team members, including assigning projects, monitoring performance, and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Manage budgets and make recommendations for allocation of funds.
• Analyze results and deliver actionable insights to clients.
• Apply analytical reasoning, data analysis, and problem-solving skills to optimize campaigns and maximize performance.
• Provide proactive coaching, task management, and timeline requirements to specialists, fostering growth and functional expertise.
• Take ownership of performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback to support team development.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of paid search or media buying experience, ideally within an agency setting
• Experience with Mercado Libre, Walmart, and Amazon
• Strong client service and communication skills, with the ability to lead conversations, build relationships, and inspire confidence
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of delivering actionable insights and measurable results
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and chart creation; familiarity with macros is a plus)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
