This novel product has the potential to redefine personalized cancer treatment and requires a highly coordinated operating model to support seamless therapy delivery across a complex treatment ecosystem.

Reporting to the Director, Individualized Therapy Operations, this individual serves as the commercial lead responsible for designing, integrating, and continuously improving the operational processes that enable successful delivery of the Intismeran treatment journey.

This individual will serve as the primary commercial representative across cross-functional operational teams and external partners, ensuring alignment of workflows, governance, stakeholder activities, and supporting technologies across the end-to-end treatment journey. The role will drive process integration across treatment sites, pathology laboratories, sequencing providers, manufacturing partners, distributors, alliance stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure a consistent, scalable, and reliable operating model.

As the process architect for the Intismeran treatment journey, this leader will:

  • Identify and eliminate operational barriers.
  • Establish governance frameworks.
  • Enhance customer and treatment site experiences.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the ecosystem.

The role is accountable for ensuring operational processes, stakeholder interactions, and supporting systems work together seamlessly to enable treatment completion, operational excellence, and future scalability.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industries, including experience in commercial organizations supporting commercial operations, business operations, or treatment site operations.
  • Demonstrated success designing and optimizing complex cross-functional operating models that require coordination across multiple internal functions and external partners to deliver seamless customer and treatment site experiences.
  • Experience developing process architectures, workflow designs, governance frameworks, escalation pathways, and operational controls in complex organizational environments.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence cross-functional stakeholders and external partner organizations.
  • Strong process improvement and problem-solving capabilities, including experience identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across highly matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and drive execution in dynamic launch or transformation environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting the commercialization of complex therapies, including cell therapy, gene therapy, radioligand therapy, or other highly coordinated treatment models.
  • Experience with treatment journey orchestration platforms, customer support systems, workflow technologies, case management solutions, or operational control tower capabilities.
  • Experience establishing governance structures and cross-functional operating models that support complex treatment ecosystems.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental, vision healthcare and other insurance benefits (for employee and family).
  • Retirement benefits, including 401(k).
